Its important to remember there are children at play in our neighborhood and with our lovely lakeside scenery neighbors like to walk around, Please drive safe and keep within the speed limit.
Do we need a 3rd party Management Team?
Our main goal is to present affordable, efficient, and useful changes for our community. Thats why we decided we will NOT be outsourcing the HOA boards duties to a 3rd party HOA Manaegment team at this time. We beleive this is the best for the good of our covenant going forward. However, this does mean more work for our current board so please be patient as we work through any areas of difficulty.
