Keep your pets safe! We have had reports of several Coyotes sighted in the neighborhood.
Increase to HOA Dues?
Unfortunately, Even with the community choosing not to go with a 3rd pary management team we will still have to raise our annual dues. The cost of everything going up this year has put our planned budget in the red before we even started. To prevent this in years going forward we will be increasing the annual dues to $400 per year starting in 2023.
Do we need a 3rd party Management Team?
Our main goal is to present affordable, efficient, and useful changes for our community. Thats why we decided we will NOT be outsourcing the HOA boards duties to a 3rd party HOA Manaegment team at this time. We beleive this is the best for the good of our covenant going forward. However, this does mean more work for our current board so please be patient as we work through any areas of difficulty.
